Playground Progress

It has been so much fun to watch the progress of the new playground!  The delivery came during our first recess and by the time we went home they had quite a bit put together.  It is getting hard to be patient when it looks like fun.

Good-bye to our playground

Today we were able to watch as the city took down our playground.  We are looking forward to the new one that is supposed to be delivered next week.

Buck Wilder author visit

We had a wonderful visit from author Buck Wilder.  He shared with us about the process he goes through when he writes and illustrates his books.  He had to learn that the eraser was his best friend, that it was okay to make mistakes.  Here are a few pictures from his visit.
